Richard Peden

General Manager, Caretakers Building Maintenance

Richard has over 23 years of executive management and operations experience in the cleaning industry. He has successfully put together cleaning programs throughout the United States for several Fortune 1000 companies. His experience includes cleaning in office, retail (malls, retail stores), churches, high-tech, industrial and educational facilities.

Richard joined Caretakers in the Phoenix area after developing several cleaning programs in the Utah, Seattle and Portland markets. His prior work experience is in management with the Xerox Corporation in Brisbane, Australia.

Richard has been a BOMA board member in Salt Lake City and is currently involved with BOMA, IFMA and NAIOP in the Phoenix area. He is a two-time Dale Carnegie speaking and presentations award winner in San Francisco, California. He has participated in business studies with BYU Idaho.
